Fees for architectural services are determined individually for each project based on its scope, complexity, size, and required level of service. Pricing follows the professional standards and customary practices established for architectural services in the Czech Republic and is defined in a written proposal or contract before work begins.
BIM and Technology Consulting Services
JMMKM also provides consulting services related to Building Information Modeling (BIM), digital workflows, software development, automation, and technology implementation within the architecture, engineering, and construction industry.
Fees for consulting services are determined according to the complexity, duration, and scale of the engagement.
For one-off consultations, fees are agreed in advance based on the estimated volume of work. Engagements requiring fewer than 10 hours are billed at a standard hourly rate agreed upon before the commencement of services. Larger engagements may be quoted on a project basis or governed by a separate service agreement.
Quotations and Contracts
